Urban Space Consultancy (Pty) Ltd are the appointed Urban Planners/ Urban Designers for the Kwandengezi Precinct Urban Development Framework on behalf of Ethekwini Municipality: Urban Design and Landscape Architecture Department.

KwaNdengezi is a township in eThekwini Municipality, Kwa–Zulu Natal. The defined project area, located within KwaNdengezi, is primarily characterised as an economic and social services node within the township. 

The project entails developing an overarching framework to integrate disparate land uses and make legible a relevant and definable character for the precinct. This framework will take the form of a Development Vision, Core Design Concepts and a Precinct Plan to guide the urban fabric language going forward as well as to make cohesive the character and identity of the area going forward.
