Urban Space Consultancy (Pty) Ltd are the appointed Architectural Design consultants for the design and construction of new sleeper units and a pavilion for the Charters Creek Resort.

The precinct is comprised of 10x 2 sleeper units and 4x 4 sleeper units, as well as a pavilion which contains a kitchen, bar, restaurant, lounge, ablutions, administration, as well as a deck area with sunken boma and swimming pool.
