Urban Space Consultancy (Pty) Ltd are the appointed Architectural, Landscape Architectural and Urban Design consultants, on behalf of Grandifon Investments (Pty) Ltd, for the Rascom Mall Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The project is a Private/ Public Partnership between Rascom (Regional African Satellite Communication Organisation), private funding partners and the Government of Cote du2019Ivoire through the development partner Grandifon Investments (Pty) Ltd. The proposed project value is R1.6 billion and consists of a new shopping centre (Phase 1) and conference/ office facilities (Phase 2). The project is currently at the Concept Design workstage and includes the planning and design of the new mall and the surrounding urban fabric and landscaping upgrades.
